A New Beginning for Alex Macarthur Antiques!

I found out recently that the fabulous Alex Macarthur has sold her Brighton house and antique shop.  Being ever most innovative and creative, she revealed she has found her dream project: a 14th century monastery (which was converted in 1907 and she describes as part brutal industrial) where she plans to create a new live/work space. She has bought it in its currently derelict condition and anticipates a very long project.  Knowing the quality and beauty of Alex's Brighton establishment, I am excited to imagine such a project and what Alex will bring to it!  Her vision is eclectic, yet curated with a fine eye.  While we sweat out the wait, in the meantime here is a look at some of Alex's incredible cutting edge aesthetic and some of the unique beauty she shares with the world.
